After much consideration we have decided to sell at Public Auction what my family has affectionately called the “Quarter” and growing up we referred to it as the Efaw Place. It is a great farm and as much as we love farming it, other opportunities have presented themselves since my parents’ passing in 2021. Rachel, Jaxon, Riva and I feel now is the time to pursue those opportunities and sell this great piece of land. Rachel and I are both Oklahoma Real Estate Brokers and are proud to be working with Mr. Jason Winter of West Central Auctions in bringing this Landmark Property to Public Auction. To our knowledge it will be the only time since before Statehood it has been offered to the public. We trust the new owners or multiple owners will enjoy it as we have all these years, and we look forward to seeing all of you on Thursday, November 30th, in Stillwater.
